Our Home

Seeking male roommates to share our Home — available starting September


We are Alberto and Robert, and have enjoyed this home for two years now. 


We are not realtors or anything, but we decided to put a website together in order to make it easy to find our more about us and our home (Robert does websites for a living anyway!).


Our housemate is moving out to live with his partner, so now we’re looking for friendly, responsible guys to join us in our spacious, welcoming 3-bedroom home in South Serra Mesa, one of San Diego’s most centrally located and quietly vibrant neighborhoods. Each renter would enjoy a private bedroom/office and shared access to the rest of the home.

Six minutes from North Park, Hillcrest, and Balboa Park, this is a rare opportunity to move into a peaceful yet social home with excellent amenities, great vibes, and good people like you!

Your Living Options

Rent one Office/Bedroom – $1,200/month per person

  • Rent one office/bedroom (A or B)
  • Shared use of all common spaces
  • Includes use of main bathroom, plus secondary bathroom when needed


Office/Bedrooms A & B both feature high windows facing the rear courtyard, are quiet, private, and can be furnished with our queen/king beds, shelves, and stylish chairs—or you can bring your own.


We’re happy to either add new roommates to the lease or sublet with our landlords’ full support (our relationship with them is excellent). If you opt for a lease, that would run through August 2027.


We are outgoing and occasionally host social movie nights or yoga gatherings, which can be a great opportunity to meet new people within the community.
